Interpersonal Relationships is a .50 credit elective course recommended for 11th – 12th Graders upon completion of Intro to FCS.

 

This course is designed to look at issues teens will face directly after high school.  Areas covered include the development of personality, dating, mate selection, marriage, sex, birth control, adjustment in marriage, adult relationships, in-laws, roles of men and women, divorce, one parent families, aging, and death.

 

Interpersonal Relatifocuses also focus's on the life events that can impact and put strain on the family and marriage. Topics that fall into this area include depression, crisis, and abuse.
